Buying
When shopping for a new home or selling an existing home, it’s important to find a reputable agent that you can trust. Mutual of Omaha Mortgage has put together a program that connects home buyers and seller with experienced local real estate agents nationwide. When you buy or sell a home with a MORE Rewards agent, you can receive a $350 to $9,500 commission rebate. Example:
On a $300,000 transaction
3% commission to real estate agent = $9,000
- You receive 19% of commission rebate = $1,710
- USO receives a donation of 2% = $180
- Total rebate, 21% = $1,890
Selling
This program works for any Mutual of Omaha Mortgage client buying and/or selling a home and does not require the client to use Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.
Example, if you are selling a home for $300,000 and buying a home for $500,000.
On a $800,000 transaction
3% commission to real estate agent = $24,000 (total for both)
- You receive 19% of commission rebate = $4,560
- USO receives a donation of 2% = $480
- Total rebate, 21% = $5,040
